- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in German and other languages is a plus

- Analyze RFQs and tender documents
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and legal teams
- Develop comprehensive tender and quotation documents
- Ensure accurate and complete submissions
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and negotiations
- Maintain records of tender activities
- Prepare and hand over order checklists
- Improve tender processes and documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Maintain clear communication with customers and teams
