- Create and maintain developer-focused technical documentation
- Improve developer experience with documentation
- Enable customers to use Planet's products and APIs
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers
- Participate in feature planning and release readiness
- Manage documentation for assigned product areas
- Plan and deliver documentation content
- Improve content based on customer feedback
- Adapt content to product changes
- Contribute to documentation standards and structure
- Ensure consistent, high-quality content
- Collaborate with Education and Support teams
- Align content with training materials and use cases
