Anforderungen
- Technical degree in electrical engineering, fire safety, building technologies, or related field
- Proven experience with fire detection/safety systems and understanding of regulations, standards, and architectures (certification a plus)

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills for translating complex technical topics
- Structured, self-organized, quality-oriented working style, comfortable with various learning formats

- Fluency in English (essential)
- Legal eligibility to work in Switzerland
