- Support users in operating corporate information systems
- Maintain the IT setup of the local office
- Provide online and offline support for hardware and software issues
- Perform initial diagnostics for hardware and software problems
- Restore devices and systems to working order
- Set up new computers for users (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Install and connect office equipment to computer networks
- Configure network equipment to ensure smooth operation
- Handle the transfer of faulty equipment for repairs
- Confirm repaired equipment is back in working condition
- Assist with purchasing necessary equipment
- Help define equipment requirements
- Accept deliveries of purchased equipment
- Manage user accounts in information systems
- Set up user access permissions for IT resources
- Monitor equipment performance and network operation
- Monitor user activity to ensure smooth operation
- Create user guides for effective equipment and software use
