- Develop and apply new test methods
- Drive improvements in quality and efficiency
- Maintain ISO, TQM, and IATF documentation
- Prepare technical documentation for audits
- Analyze and solve complex technical problems
- Present project updates and written reports
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to idea generation and IP activities
- Manage workloads according to deadlines
- Supervise and support laboratory technicians
- Foster a proactive team environment
- Improve laboratory practices and workflows
