Anforderungen

• •Experience, initiative, relationship-building, and solution-focus
• •University degree in relevant scientific discipline
• •Experience in thermoset chemistry and formulation
• •Understanding of laboratory operations and EHS
• •Experience preparing laboratory scale epoxy formulations
• •Knowledge of thermoset industry testing methods
• •Product development and chemical formulation capabilities
• •Familiarity with IATF 16949 requirements
• •Fluency in English and German

Aufgaben

• •Lead daily laboratory operations
• •Ensure compliance with EHS standards
• •Conduct safety checks and risk assessments
• •Manage SOPs and safety training
• •Provide laboratory support for product development
• •Investigate complaints and production issues
• •Develop and apply new test methods
• •Drive improvements in quality and efficiency
• •Maintain ISO, TQM, and IATF documentation
• •Prepare technical documentation for audits
• •Analyze and solve complex technical problems
• •Present project updates and written reports
• •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• •Contribute to idea generation and IP activities
• •Manage workloads according to deadlines
• •Supervise and support laboratory technicians
• •Foster a proactive team environment
• •Improve laboratory practices and workflows
