- Higher Technical College in a relevant discipline or relevant school education in rotating hydraulic machines
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and multiple years of job experience in Pumps Sales support
Aufgaben
- Provide technical and product support to customers
- Prepare offers using CRM, Compono, and Configurator
- Manage and track international order costs and delivery times
- Serve as the order-specific contact from inquiry to pump delivery
- Coordinate warranty case execution with the Service team
- Follow tasks according to the Sales and Order Execution Process
