Anforderungen

• •Bachelors with 6 years, Masters with 4 years, or High School Diploma with 10 years experience
• •8+ years of program or project management experience
• •U.S. Citizenship
• •Active U.S. Secret security clearance
• •Experience managing DoD contracts and logistics
• •Familiarity with TASS, IBDSS, and Air Force environments
• •Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget
• •Subcontractor management and contractual compliance experience
• •Excellent leadership and communication skills
• •Active TS/SCI clearance
• •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• •Experience with Technology Refresh and obsolescence management
• •IAM Level II certification
• •Direct experience managing AFLCMC/HBU programs
• •Ability to travel internationally to Europe and Africa
• •Ability to undertake long-duration flights and navigate facilities
• •Physical ability to walk, stand, and carry equipment
• •Adaptability to varying climates and time zones

Aufgaben

• •Manage overall contract planning and project control
• •Meet all quality, schedule, and financial objectives
• •Direct deployed FSRs and logistics personnel
• •Liaise with the government PMO and supported organizations
• •Conduct quarterly Program Management Reviews
• •Report on program risks and cybersecurity compliance
• •Oversee cost reporting and configuration management
• •Coordinate support capabilities to prevent service gaps
• •Submit all contract deliverables accurately and on time
• •Manage program security and personnel clearances
• •Oversee mobilization and phase-out of inventory
