Anforderungen

- Hands-on experience delivering IT/digital projects across multiple teams/locations
- Strong understanding of IT landscapes, software delivery, infrastructure, or enterprise systems
- Experience working with senior leadership and supporting decision-making
- Excellent planning, coordination, execution skills, pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives and priorities under time pressure
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI)
- Very good Microsoft Office skills (structured presentations, reporting)
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German an advantage
- Confident communicator, ability to challenge constructively, align stakeholders, drive outcomes
- Participation in regular project/stakeholder meetings, including travel
Aufgaben
- Execute Group IT projects from setup to delivery
- Ensure clear project scope, timelines, and ownership
- Support CDO and business unit CIOs in delivering governance-defined activities and commitments
- Establish and maintain practical project structures
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and status reporting
- Monitor project progress
- Proactively identify risks or delays
- Support teams in resolving issues
- Support preparation of decision-ready materials for CDO and CIOs on project status, roadmap updates, and investment topics
- Coordinate and consolidate the Group IT roadmap
- Highlight roadmap dependencies, overlaps, and execution risks
- Prepare, facilitate, and document CIO Board meetings, Jour Fixes, and workshops
- Ensure focus on decisions, actions, and follow-up during meetings
- Participate in regular project and stakeholder meetings, including travel to European business units
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers
- Support delivery tracking and performance management
