- Engineering degree in Technical Building Services, Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering, AV Engineering, Systems Engineering, or comparable field (FH diploma or Bachelor’s)
- Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as Systems Engineer, Media Technician, Media Engineer, Master Electrician, or Construction Manager with project planning/documentation responsibility
- Solid experience in project execution, coordination, and documentation
- Strong technical background with systematic, analytical mindset
- Experience with technical documentation tools like AutoCAD
- In-depth knowledge of AV/IT infrastructure components (hardware, cabling, networking)
- Strong understanding of audio/video standards, signal distribution, control systems
- English fluency (spoken/written, minimum B2 level)
- German at or near native level
- Highly structured, organized, quality-focused approach
- Open, effective communication with internal stakeholders
Aufgaben
- Analyze tender specifications and customer requirements
- Create and maintain project drawings, cable, floor, and implementation plans
- Coordinate documentation with technical project engineers
- Support PMO on regulatory and compliance requirements
- Coordinate on-site work with service teams, partners, and trades
- Supervise on-site installation teams when manager is unavailable
- Collect feedback from installation teams
- Analyze feedback from installation teams
- Act on feedback to improve implementation processes
- Coordinate and monitor implementation workflows per project plans
