- At least two years of relevant professional experience as Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Engineering Manager
- Excellent knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, DevOps principles, and cloud infrastructures (preferably GCP)
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and observability tools (e.g., Datadog)
- Empathetic leadership, strong communication and moderation skills, ability to persuade and take ownership
- Excellent English skills
- Good German skills

- Collaborate with product teams for platform development
- Enhance platform stability and performance
- Ensure stable operation of online shop on GKE
- Coach and develop an 8-person team
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality

- Support observability and architectural guidance
