Anforderungen
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable field
- Subject-specific additional qualification or equivalent knowledge
- Knowledge and experience in areas of responsibility
- Experience in customer support
- Knowledge and experience in applying aviation regulations
- Understanding of general helicopter technology, operations, and maintenance
- High reactivity, customer orientation, and strong team skills
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Aufgaben
- Handle and document technical helicopter incidents and malfunctions
- Analyze and classify technical issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop complex technical solutions
- Provide technical support to maintain helicopter airworthiness
- Identify improvement opportunities based on customer feedback
- Process inquiries related to technical documentation
- Support the documentation team in creating manuals and service bulletins
- Assess reported damages and create repair solutions
- Prepare technical reports based on investigations
- Participate in proposal and presentation preparation
- Take on functional and project-related tasks
- Present work results
