- Provide technical support for user needs
- Guide users through data analytics tools
- Help customers navigate platform features
- Create comprehensive training materials
- Deliver onboarding and ad-hoc training sessions
- Test new features and resolve reported bugs
- Analyze customer feedback to improve success strategies
- Partner with internal teams for seamless experiences
- Collaborate across time zones for global assistance
