Technical Analyst/Solution Analyst for Enterprise Content Mgmt. & Processes(m/w/x)

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications, design workflow diagrams, and identify automation opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading the development team through implementation and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Anforderungen

• •Good command of English and German (B2 or C1 level)
• •Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Service Now
• •Ability to analyze requirements from provider and client perspectives
• •Integration focus with tools like Swagger, Apiary, Chrome DevTools, Postman, SoapUI or understanding SQL
• •Experience in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams
• •Strong understanding of workflow engines (Pega, Camunda, JBPM or similar) or willingness to learn
• •Familiarity with process and requirements methods
• •Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude

Aufgaben

• •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for workflow automation
• •Translate business processes into technical specifications for Pega
• •Design and document BPMN diagrams and workflow schemas
• •Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
• •Define integration points with existing core systems
• •Provide technical integration documentation to support the team
• •Create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• •Lead the development team during implementation and pilot rollouts
