Anforderungen
- •At least 2 years of experience in Technical Account Management, software support, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- •Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Strong problem-solving mindset with organizational and project management strengths
- •Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Postman, or monitoring tools like Kibana
- •Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive
