- Proven track record leading teams of 10+ people, preferably in TAM or Integration Engineering
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, preference for fast-paced, smaller companies
- Challenging status quo to improve team efficiency and self-sufficiency
- Knowledge of API-first platforms and technical account management for complex integrations
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Familiarity with API technologies and tools (REST, SOAP, OAuth, JSON/XML, Postman, Swagger, Workato, Mulesoft, Zapier)
Aufgaben
- Oversee EMEA Technical Account Management team operations
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Transition team to proactive model
- Implement systems for independent issue handling
- Build trust and psychological safety within the team
- Mentor team on problem-solving and client management
- Guide team on technical platform capabilities
- Establish scalable tools and workflows
- Manage team growth and workload distribution
- Stay current with Talon.One platform and API capabilities
- Support team during critical situations
- Serve as technical escalation point for customer issues
- Collaborate with internal resources for issue resolution
- Contribute to proactive technical guidance programs
- Share best practices and strategic client engagement
