- •University degree in chemistry or technical discipline
- •Technical or specialty chemical sales experience
- •Technical understanding of chemicals and polymers
- •Familiarity with Challenger sales methodologies
- •Knowledge of Lubrizol portfolio (advantageous)
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and SAP
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Willingness and ability to travel
