Technical advisor for Autodesk AECO software, supporting enterprise clients with critical issue resolution. 5+ years supporting Autodesk AECO products and cloud services required. Annual cash bonus and stock grants.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Autodesk AECO products and cloud services
- Strong analytical skills and enterprise troubleshooting experience
- Expert knowledge in workflows and data exchange
- Experience in delivering presentations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities
- Strong communication in English and German
- Fluency in English and German required
- Strong communicator, relationship builder, takes initiative
- Ability to present technical information to audience
- Technical consulting or project delivery experience with large clients
- Experience in Autodesk Navisworks and/or AutoCAD
Aufgaben
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers as technical advisor
- Collaborate with Customer Success Manager and Technical Adoption Specialist
- Handle and escalate critical issues
- Monitor service level compliance
- Provide technical assistance and recommendations based on data analytics
- Identify opportunities for improvement initiatives
- Partner with customer IT and design groups for successful installations
- Ensure efficient licensing and performance of Autodesk applications
- Deliver coaching sessions to increase adoption
- Conduct regular support case reviews
- Assess software performance
- Align technical insights with customer objectives
- Manage key events such as major upgrades
