Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of Recare Voice Native product
- Transform clinical dictation and conversations into structured data
- Provide real-time guidance for completeness and accuracy
- Own technical direction from roadmap execution to high-quality releases
- Lead the team as technical backbone and escalation point
- Partner with Product, Design, QA, and clinical stakeholders
- Clarify scope, manage trade-offs, and unblock delivery
- Design and evolve voice capture experience
- Handle recording controls, session state, offline/online behavior
- Implement safe failure modes
- Mentor, coach, and conduct code reviews
- Remove blockers quickly
- Drive performance, reliability, observability, and privacy
- Build robust mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript
- Ensure smooth async and real-time interactions
- Ensure production readiness with stable releases
- Create clear runbooks and measurable SLAs
