- Manage product, inventory, and order synchronization
- Handle complex e-commerce workflows
- Develop and integrate custom logistics solutions
- Implement carrier and warehouse management systems
- Contribute to architectural decisions
- Remain hands-on in backend development
- Improve CI/CD processes and infrastructure standards
- Enhance modern development workflows
- Evaluate and introduce AI-supported engineering workflows
- Mentor and spar with engineers
- Support technical recruiting
- Grow the engineering organization
- Collaborate with clients on technical topics
- Work with internal stakeholders on solution design
- Partner with SCAYLE core teams for platform improvements
- Promote engineering best practices
