- Familiarity with accurate, concise report writing
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English (C1 level)

- Monitor and control tools, materials, and vehicles
- Maintain team discipline
- Report standard and discipline deviations to the manager
- Secure proper shift handovers
- Manage team member requests
- Ensure operational surveillance
- Ensure proper work order documentation in SAP and Redmine
- Ensure cleanliness of tools
