- Previous people management or leadership experience preferred
- Relevant professional experience in PLC programming, preferably with Beckhoff control systems
- Practical experience in automation and plant engineering desirable
- Very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally
- Category B driver's license
