- Structured, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels in an international environment
- Fluency in English

- Ensure high availability and performance of Workday systems
- Address complex support issues and customize solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Workday functionalities
- Lead projects for new Workday releases and updates
- Ensure compliance with data security and governance
- Drive process efficiency with reporting and automation
- Deliver training sessions for key users and end users
- Enhance internal communication about Workday functionalities
