- Coordinate and align production planning with manufacturing, purchasing, and quality assurance
- Review customer orders and technical documents for manufacturing
- Prepare customer orders and technical documents for manufacturing
- Monitor manufacturing progress
- Identify and resolve deadline and capacity bottlenecks
- Analyze and optimize existing processes to reduce lead times and increase productivity
- Provide professional and organizational leadership to the team
