Aufgaben
- Lead daily stand-ups and team meetings.
- Evaluate team member performance and assign tasks.
- Promote team cohesion and address conflicts.
- Monitor workload and redistribute duties as needed.
- Incorporate team-building activities for collaboration.
- Collaborate with product managers on market solutions.
- Guide the team in developing complex solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients.
- Provide regular status updates and reports.
- Ensure alignment of business and technical goals.
- Coordinate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
- Identify and rectify inefficiencies in workflows.
- Devise strategies for workflow enhancements.
- Collaborate with analysts to define vital processes.
- Foster cross-departmental cooperation for integration.
- Investigate root causes of platform incidents.
- Prioritize and streamline issue resolution.
- Offer analyses and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers to execute fixes.
- Maintain a knowledge base on platform solutions.
