- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and analytics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as required

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor the sales pipeline and forecast results
- Provide regular performance reports to management
- Conduct one-on-one meetings for feedback and training
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
