- •Experience as Team Lead or Manager
- •Knowledge of German payroll and law
- •Experience with SAP and HR systems
- •Process improvement and change management skills
- •Comfort in international, fast-moving environments

- •Willingness for occasional domestic/international trips

- •Lead, coach, and develop a diverse HR Services team

- •Process terminations and issue employment certificates
- •Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide support
- •Ensure HR services meet accuracy and SLA standards
- •Drive process improvements and challenge existing workflows
- •Harmonize HR processes across the German organization
- •Lead HR transformation and optimization projects
- •Manage labor cost topics and automate recurring tasks
- •Increase team flexibility through cross-training initiatives
- •Collaborate with PeopleData, Technology, and HR leads
- •Ensure compliance with German labor law and GDPR
