- Emphasize scalability and reliability in automation
- Conduct market research and backtest strategies
- Optimize algorithms using marginal costs and risk profiles
- Drive continuous improvement of trading tactics
- Incorporate options-like structures into strategy optimization
- Ensure system stability and minimize operational risks
- Generate performance reports for compliance and decisions
- Prioritize team tasks and manage the backlog
- Align delivery timelines with business profitability goals
- Mentor and develop a team of 5-8 members
- Foster a culture of ownership and accountability
- Collaborate with Middle Office, Back Office, and Tech teams
