In this role, you will lead engineering efforts for Wind, Solar, and BESS projects across the EMEA region. You will manage teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure effective communication while driving cost optimization and adherence to standards.

Anforderungen

• •Engineering degree (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical) or similar
• •7+ years of experience in engineering management or technical management in renewable energy sector
• •Engineering experience in BESS and Solar advantageous
• •Excellent communication and leadership skills across multicultural and cross-functional teams
• •Organizational skills
• •Strong understanding of international and local norms and standards
• •Hands on mentality
• •Experience in risk management
• •Willingness to travel across EMEA region
• •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• •Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
• •Strategic mindset with ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and geographies

Aufgaben

• •Oversee engineering activities for Wind, Solar, and BESS projects in the EMEA region
• •Provide functional and organizational management for assigned engineers and leads
• •Organize regional engineering support for projects and expert tasks
• •Define priorities for technical tasks and projects
• •Engage in critical technical tasks and projects
• •Facilitate smooth communication between engineers and interfaces like PDs, PMs, TPLs, Procurement, and Construction
• •Ensure adherence to processes and standards
• •Follow up on lessons learned with project teams
• •Contribute to new developments, optimizations, and standards
• •Perform design verification and optimization
• •Oversee cost calculations
• •Focus on CAPEX optimization and cost savings through engineering
