- NetSuite (Oracle) knowledge and first leadership experience
- Confident Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Hands-on mentality
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong drive to learn and adapt
- Collaborative team spirit
Aufgaben
- Lead the Accounting department with three team members
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual financial closings
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements
- Act as point of contact for auditors
- Coordinate and prepare tax returns for domestic and foreign companies
- Assess tax issues in consultation with tax advisors
- Handle reporting requests from stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes
- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team
- Collaborate closely with Controlling and other departments
