Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
- 10+ years of professional accounting and finance experience
- Proven track record in international corporate organizations
- Experience in consumer products or life science industry preferred
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and statutory reporting
- Experience managing international finance operations
- Experience managing complex multi-entity environments
- Advanced ERP expertise
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or Navision expertise ideal
- Strong consolidation experience
- Strong intercompany accounting experience
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical revenue recognition models
- Deep understanding of royalties and licensing agreements
- Deep understanding of R&D accounting
- Strong compliance mindset

Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements
- Support consolidation and intercompany accounting processes
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding issues
- Safeguard integrity of financial data for reporting
- Oversee pharmaceutical-specific accounting topics
- Manage provisions and accruals for financial accuracy
- Maintain a robust internal control framework
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, statutory, and audit requirements
- Act as key contact for internal and external auditors
- Continuously enhance governance standards and accounting policies
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures
- Ensure documentation meets regulatory and audit expectations
- Drive process improvements, automation, and digitalization initiatives
- Standardize accounting processes across the Group
- Improve reporting quality and closing efficiency
- Lead and develop the accounting team
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
