- Facilitate regular risk exchanges with the Group Head and BRM
- Perform approval and control tasks as delegated by the Group Head
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for decision-making
- Gather team input to improve process efficiency
- Communicate relevant information from Bank/Region/Market levels
- Organize and execute team meetings in collaboration with the Group Head
- Manage the systematic sales process with Regional Business Development support
- Conduct budget planning and cost controlling for the team
