  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or comparable qualification with taxation focus
  • Several years relevant professional experience in international taxation, particularly transfer pricing, gained within multinational corporation and/or consulting environment
  • Strong expertise in transfer pricing, international tax, and financial reporting (IFRS and local GAAP); exposure to BEPS 2.0 / Pillar Two is an advantage

  • Conduct functional and risk analyses
  • Perform benchmarking studies
  • Draft intercompany agreements
  • Implement service level agreements
  • Arrange licensing and cost-sharing
  • Ensure international tax compliance
  • Handle Country-by-Country Reporting
  • Manage DAC6 and Pillar Two obligations
  • Oversee withholding tax and registrations
  • Prepare internal and external tax reports
  • Enhance reporting processes and KPIs
  • Strengthen internal controls
  • Calculate current and deferred taxes
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Controlling
  • Maintain tax and transfer pricing docs
  • Establish centralized documentation framework
  • Support tax audits
  • Provide tax guidance for M&A
  • Drive tax process improvements
  • Initiate tax function digitalization
