- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Coordinate post-interview feedback loops, maintaining transparency and professionalism
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Post job openings on various platforms, aligning with Entrix's employer branding
- Organize recruitment events to strengthen Entrix's employer brand
