Aufgaben
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requisition to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent pipelining
- Act as Key User for the Applicant Tracking System (Cornerstone)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment workflow
- Continuously improve recruitment processes
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external recruitment agencies
- Ensure effective collaboration and recruitment excellence
- Monitor recruitment KPIs
- Maintain recruitment and headcount reporting
- Provide meaningful insights for data-driven decision-making
- Support and drive HR projects and annual HR processes
- Support Performance Management
- Support Employee Engagement Surveys
- Support Job Architecture
- Support the continuous digitalization of HR processes
