- Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification
- Assess candidate fit and interest
- Leverage market research and talent mapping
- Inform recruitment strategies with competitive intelligence
- Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Engage with professional communities online
- Collaborate to improve sourcing tools and processes
- Enhance reporting for the recruiting team
