- Excellent communication skills; structured, holistic, business-oriented approach

- Lead technical projects
- Assume end-to-end responsibility for the Magenta Service Delivery Platform
- Own design and requirements engineering
- Translate business needs into robust system and architecture solutions
- Ensure high system availability
- Ensure software quality
- Ensure security compliance
- Perform capacity planning
- Maintain stable platform operations
- Drive continuous modernization of the AT-Alert platform
- Develop the AT-Alert platform at system and application levels
- Participate in on-call rotation for Mobile Services and ISP systems
