Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a System Engineer, Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role in systems or software development projects
- Proven expertise in system breakdown, requirements engineering, and testing
- Experience leading technical teams and managing projects across multiple sites
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands
- Strong communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with defense industry standards and practices

- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Analyze and refine requirements for clarity and feasibility
- Create detailed requirement specifications
- Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Validate requirements with stakeholders and document feedback
- Verify requirements are testable and link to test cases
- Manage changes to requirements and document updates
- Identify risks related to requirements
