- 5 years or more work experience as systems engineer, product owner, function owner, or equivalent
- Proven leadership skills and judgement regarding systems, software, perception
- Experience in the automotive and/or truck industry development (ISO26262, Regulations, etc.)
- ASPICE experience
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Experience in Polarion / Doors
- Basic programming skills in Matlab, Python, or C/C++
- Understanding of product development process
- Self-motivated, professional, positive attitude
- Ability to take high levels of responsibility: making decisions, being accountable
- Ability to function in a high pressure and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Good presentation skills, strong leadership, and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English and ideally one more language
Aufgaben
- Serve as the system owner for customer projects
- Lead a cross-functional team of ADAS Feature Owners
- Analyze requirements from customers and stakeholders
- Develop and clarify requirements with stakeholders as needed
- Drive analysis of effort and cost for change requests
- Coordinate communication of system status with all stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of the system to the customer with agreed scope and quality
- Support system integration and testing activities
- Align system deliveries with project timelines
- Compile process-oriented metrics for stakeholder-level functions
- Report frequently to Aptiv and customer management
- Ensure compliance with Aptiv processes and methods
