- Proficiency in MATLAB / Simulink, Python, and C/C++ language, scripting, and automation tools for workflow and system control
- Strong skills in debugging and optimizing concept builds, prototypes, and first customer tools
- Familiarity with electrical design and electronic schematics
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, key business drivers, competition in the marketplace, and integration with others
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in interdisciplinary environments
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills to manage complex development tasks
