Aufgaben
- Manage operational aspects of projects and programs
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and practices
- Analyze protocols and discuss system needs with clients
- Consult clients on optimal IRT system setups
- Author and review user requirement documents
- Create, track, and report on project timelines
- Produce status, tracking, and financial reports
- Distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Track project deliverables and manage invoicing
- Participate in proposal development and sales presentations
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and resources
- Meet regularly with teams to ensure milestones
- Lead problem solving and resolution efforts
- Manage project budgets and approve invoices
- Produce and distribute presentation materials
- Provide input into project proposals and RFPs
- Train and mentor junior Project Manager staff
- Partner with peers to implement process improvements
- Prepare and present information at meetings
- Meet project timeline metrics and standard procedures
