- Systems Engineering (V&V, requirements, functional analysis) expertise for complex aircraft or high-tech systems
- Hands-on mentality and technical leadership for V&V
- Leadership and influence skills, ability to convince colleagues, mentoring and coaching competence
- Aircraft Architecture Development Path experience or comparable system architecture experience
- SE expertise in ARP4754 / ED79B
- Fluent English skills

- Represent Aircraft Architecture Community in SE project
- Capture architects' specific needs
- Ensure SE decisions are practically implementable
- Develop Aircraft Architect job profile
- Focus on ARP4754 / ED79B standards
- Lead transition to SE/MBSE approach
- Act as leading SE expert for current aircraft developments
- Apply and monitor V&V aspects
- Ensure program success
- Support design office on-site
- Coach teams in SE logic application
- Solve complex architectural challenges
- Collaborate with SE/MBSE experts
- Align architectural integrity with process excellence
- Work with configuration management and quality assurance
