- Hands-on experience with Agile development processes (SCRUM) and architecture methodology (e.g., DDD, integration patterns, software modeling), strong emphasis on secure design
- Beneficial experience in regulated domains (e.g., healthcare industry)
- Proactive, pragmatic, results-oriented, strong problem-solving skills
- Collaborative work ethic, thriving in multidisciplinary/virtual teams, fostering mutual support
- Self-motivated with a hands-on mentality
- Passion for technology, desire to continuously learn and grow

- Fluent English communication, plus German knowledge
