As a System Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a Mac-based infrastructure while providing essential user support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing network security, automating device lifecycles, and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operations.

Anforderungen

• •Completed training in an IT-related field
• •At least two years of proven professional experience as a system administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role
• •Solid knowledge of the Mac/iOS ecosystem and experience in permission and user management and authentication services (IdP)
• •In-depth expertise in platforms/technologies: Kandji / Jamf, Okta / Auth0, Workato / N8N / Zapier, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, network technology, IT security, Ubiquiti hardware
• •Strong troubleshooting skills and logical-analytical thinking
• •Team player with an open and approachable manner
• •Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• •Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

• •Design and maintain the Mac-based technical infrastructure
• •Ensure network integrity and access control
• •Manage network infrastructure including firewalls and security protocols
• •Administer device management using Apple Business Manager and MDM solutions
• •Automate the lifecycle of macOS and iOS devices from procurement to onboarding
• •Oversee software and SaaS tool management, including license and contract management
• •Handle app updates for services like Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
• •Serve as the technical point of contact for all teams
• •Resolve escalated helpdesk tickets and complex technical issues
• •Develop IT process automations using APIs and tools like Workato and Zapier
• •Integrate AI tools to optimize internal workflows
