Aufgaben
- Develop data integration and planning systems for Sustainability
- Collaborate with Finance Planning team on integrated processes
- Define and design processes and data flows for Sustainability Roadmap
- Translate business and IT requirements into structured documentation
- Lead sustainability data integration work packages
- Create detailed project plans with realistic timelines
- Follow up on milestone achievements and document progress
- Ensure timely execution of project phases
- Set priorities and proactively communicate with stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks
- Collect and coordinate cross-functional business and process requirements
- Document business scope statements for IT implementation
- Test implemented solutions for high quality and functional integration
- Deliver internal technical and process documentation
- Prepare and execute go-live cut-over plans
- Provide detailed training and final handover to stakeholders
- Offer 2nd level support for new solutions
- Act as a reliable business partner for various departments
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on sustainability projects
- Implement business concepts and data modeling structures
- Leverage expertise in CSRD, GHG, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, and CSDDD
- Utilize technical skills in systems, interfaces, data integration, and reporting
