Anforderungen
- Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM or AX
- Experience with data integrations (DMF, Electronic Reporting, Dual Write, OData, integration platforms, or comparable)
- Strong understanding of D365 F&SCM architecture and modules (Finance, Supply Chain, WMS, AM, or related)
- Experience with modern development tools, source control, and DevOps
- Previous experience in application support, managed services, customer care, or customer-facing technical role is advantageous
- Relevant IT education, degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong team player with collaborative mindset

Aufgaben
- Serve as primary customer contact for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX
- Handle customer requests professionally and deliver effective solutions
- Support multiple enterprise customers with high service levels
- Manage support tickets and change requests efficiently
- Maintain focus on scope, budget, timelines, and quality
- Communicate effectively between customers and internal teams
- Listen actively and maintain a customer-centric mindset
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and additional services
- Develop and optimize workflows, data entities, reports, and forms
- Use X++ and other D365 F&SCM technologies for customizations
- Utilize modern development tools and platforms
- Implement source control and application lifecycle management
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools
- Contribute to software quality through clean coding
- Participate in code reviews and testing
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
