- Manage Wet technology finances within Europe Value Chain Operations
- Set financial leadership standards across the site and network
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support strategic planning to align goals with operations
- Influence local and network-wide business initiatives
- Analyze costs, efficiency, and productivity
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste and increase value
- Lead financial reviews and business reporting
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams on projects and investments
- Support initiatives that enhance operational excellence
- Ensure financial compliance and adherence to internal controls
- Maintain governance and reporting standards
- Collaborate with finance networks to share best practices
- Benchmark performance and drive standardization across Wet operations
- Build strong relationships as a trusted advisor
- Foster transparency and promote financial literacy
