- Develop and roll out inventory standards across Area Europe
- Maintain overstock and shortage management system
- Support cross-area stock transfers
- Contribute to logistics network optimizations
- Support planning logic development and implementation
- Ensure effective planning outcomes
- Drive KPI-based inventory management
- Improve data quality and parameter discipline
- Coordinate training and best-practice sharing
- Steer bottleneck management process
- Support inventory reduction initiatives
- Collaborate on inventory risks, write-downs, and scrapping decisions
- Cooperate with Area Management Team and Corporate functions
- Promote Umdasch Group principles, Doka strategy, and compliance standards
