Aufgaben
- Execute high-impact supply chain efficiency initiatives
- Develop and maintain a global standards playbook
- Define process indicators for performance optimization
- Identify and replicate internal best practices
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives independently
- Co-develop specialized training programs
- Map and analyze end-to-end supply chain processes
- Optimize cross-functional planning and logistics workflows
- Promote global standardization of policies and metrics
- Simplify processes to eliminate operational inefficiencies
- Represent the department in all audit activities
- Facilitate process improvement workshops using formal tools
- Define requirements for planning and analytics systems
- Lead global deployment of new supply chain systems
- Drive digital transformation through AI and automation
- Evaluate and recommend innovative system solutions
- Deliver end-to-end projects within budget and timelines
- Provide subject matter expertise for cross-functional initiatives
