- Solid track record in continuous improvement
- Excellent English communication skills
- Goal-directed and persistent in achieving results
- Strong collaborative relationships and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement business rules and policies
- End-to-end system thinking for data analysis
Aufgaben
- Promote OE/LEAN/SIX SIGMA principles for continuous improvement.
- Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities using Lean and Six Sigma.
- Lead business performance initiatives and embed improvements in supply chain.
- Develop and implement supply chain KPIs for performance measurement.
- Define accountability and track performance improvement with stakeholders.
- Establish relationships and manage conflict to support change initiatives.
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration across the business.
