- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
- Implement data transformations using best-practice patterns
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on data architecture
- Define and maintain data standards and naming conventions
- Support self-service analytics with well-governed datasets
- Optimize refresh strategies and performance for large datasets
- Contribute to data governance initiatives
- Align infrastructure strategy with analytics needs
- Define global data standards, metrics, and KPIs
- Design and deploy Power BI dashboards and Power Automate flows
- Maintain and improve reporting frameworks
- Implement globally consistent processes
- Automate key processes to reduce manual work
- Analyze KPIs to monitor process health
- Govern change requests and ensure process alignment
- Manage Power BI and analytics communities
- Provide first-level support and coordinate bug fixes
- Develop process maps, playbooks, and user guides
- Maintain data catalog for transparency
